Payment Plan Application and Promissory Note
The Summit Organization, Inc. recognizes the challenges many students face when balancing their financial obligations while pursuing a quality training program to start their own business. To assist you in meeting your financial obligations, The Summit Organization, Inc. offers you flexible financing options.
This overview will provide you with general information about payment plans available to help you reach your training and business goals. Completion of our promissory note and refund policy agreement is required to take part in this program. Please refer to the training program's options below. The payment plan and promissory note terms and conditions will be mailed to you in our information packet.
Option 1- Two months Tuition Payment Plan-If you choose the Option 1 payment plan- you agree to make two months of Tuition Payments. This payment plan includes the following:
One half or $450.00 is due up front. Along with $14.95 Shipping and Handling of the training materials. The balance is to be paid on the 1st and the 15th of the following month.
Option 2 - Deferred three month Tuition Payment Plan--Under this plan, payments are made in three installments. One-half of the tuition is due at registration, along with a $14.50 Shipping and Handling charge. With the remaining two payments due 30 and 60 days from the first day of the month. There is also a $35 handling fee to participate in this plan, which is assessed with the initial payment, once your application has been accepted.
