For-Profit Versus Non-Profit Training. There are a number of advocate training sites that are stating that being trained by a nonprofit organization does not adequately prepare you to be successful in the disability advocacy business. It's apparent that their claim has little merit because: · Most two and four colleges are nonprofit. These nonprofits schools have trained many individuals to become successful doctors, lawyers and engineers to mention a few high paying and potentially successful careers.
