Have successfully worked as a former Social Security Disability Determination Examiner. Have worked as a disability advocates, staying current on changes and updates that can affect the ultimate out come of a clients' disability case.
Our Training and Materials or Unmatched. All our training and the materials that are used in support of our training--are a direct result of the knowledge and experience we gained from working as former Social Security disability determination examiners and disability advocates.
And our successful knowledge and experience in personally evaluating a clients' past and current physical, mental and vocational evidence--makes it possible for the new student to successfully evaluate all of their clients' case development evidence--before the client officially files.
It's a Fact That no "Analysis or Evaluation Software" Can Ever Replace The Advocates Ability To:
Personally make sure that all of their clients' case evidence is consistent, creditable and completely supports a fully favorable allowance decision by SSA. And has the ability to prove without question --why their clients are unable to do their past work or any other work without exception for a year; And why the clients' past work skills cannot be transferred to any other work.
For-Profit Versus Non-Profit Training. There are a number of advocate training sites that are stating that being trained by a nonprofit organization does not adequately prepare you to be successful in the disability advocacy business. It's apparent that their claim has little merit because:
· Most two and four colleges are nonprofit. These nonprofits schools have trained many individuals to become successful doctors, lawyers and engineers to mention a few high paying and potentially successful careers. Isn't that amazing? · As a nonprofit, The Summit Organization, Inc. continually strives to maintain the same tradition of providing quality training at a reasonable price. Without grants, we could not afford to offer our training at less than many for profit organizations.
Our References. If asked, The Summit Organization, Inc makes a point of providing a list of qualified references that continually stand up to any scrutiny.
We can also email you a copy of the job description for a Social Security Disability Determination Examiner. The job description will show why there are not short cuts are magic bullets--to successful case development for determining if a prospect client--has the evidence that is needed for SSA to make a "Fully-Favorable" allowance decision.
