Our Privacy Policy.  Without exception, The Summit Organization, Inc. will not rent, share or sell any of your personal information you have provided us to any individuals, businesses or agencies.
The Summit Organization, Inc. will only use your name, address, phone number and email address when it becomes necessary to contact you about your training and support updates.  All your personal information contained in your record is never released to others without your written approval.
All information concerning payments directly to The Summit Organization, Inc. or through PayPal are kept secure without exception.  Our privacy policy has been in effect since 2001.
Our Training and Support MaterialsOur training and the materials we provide you to support your training are based on the training we received by Social Security to become Social Security Disability Determination Examiners.  A few of the forms we use in our training were SSA in house forms that are not available to the general public.  In order to reflect the best possible picture of your clients' disability if they are truly disable, most of the training materials and documents have been modified to best reflect your clients' disability.  This decision is based on what we feel as former Social Security Disability Determination Examiners was needed to eliminate any future red flags, delays and possible denials of your clients' case by the Social Security Determination Examiners - if they are truly disable.

To keep our students continually updated on any case development issues, we continually make announcement in our training web site.  This includes keeping you abreast of new updates in the Federal Register that will affect you and your client during your case development process.

your training is only the first step to becoming successful in this business or any business.  We          continually provide you professional support, to include marketing during and following your training when you need it.

Certification.  There are a few organizations that are currently stating that they provide "certification" on completion of their training.  As former Social Security Disability Determination Examiners, this statement and its value concern us.  At present when a student has successfully completed our training, they are given a certificate of completion stating that they have been successfully trained by former Social Security Disability Determination Examiners who are also disability advocates.

There are only two official "certification certificates" that we currently are aware of.

· The first provided by Social Security when an individual has successfully completed their Social Security Disability Determination Examiners Training.  The official classroom training takes up to six months.   
· The other certification process that is in the works will come directly from SSA.  This purpose of this certification is to allow non-attorneys the opportunity to get paid directly by SSA when their client is allowed.  The non-attorney is required to take a quiz, which our training prepares you for.  Please understand that you do not have to take the quiz in order to work as a Social Security      disability advocate.

Training Experience.  To qualify as one of our instructors, and individual must have the following training, knowledge and experience.

  • Successfully worked as a teacher or trainer in a classroom, seminar or workshop setting for an
       extended period of time.
