The Summit Organization, Inc. adheres to a fair and equitable Refund Policy. This policy applies to students who withdraw from the training. A student is determined to have withdrawn from the training when all courses for which the student registered are subsequently dropped. In order to obtain a refund, the student must officially notify The Summit Organization in writing.
The Summit Organization, Inc. processes financial aid refunds within 14 days, in accordance with federal financial aid rules. Institutional refunds are processed twice a week. In states that have a Consumer Right-of-Rescission Law, The Summit Organization, Inc. abides by the state law. To receive a full refund, the student must execute the Right-of Rescission Law within three business days of signing the enrollment agreement and prior to taking their first examination.
Withdraw no later than the end of the second week of the training: 100% refund less the administrative fee. Withdrawal after the second week of the training and up to 60% completion of the training program: refund is based on the percentage of the training remaining when the student withdraws less the administrative fee. Withdraw after 60% of the training has been completed: no refund.
An administrative fee of $100 or 5% of total institutional charges, whichever is less, will be assessed on all withdrawals. Refunds will not be processed until The Summit Organization, Inc. receives all training materials, including the books and software in the original condition they were originally sent in.
